Cycling routes on Fehmarn directly from Ahoi Camp A stop at Flügger Lighthouse and the NABU Wallnau Waterfowl Sanctuary is a must on the Waterfowl Sanctuary Tour. The route then takes you to the idyllic harbour of Orth and along the dyke to Lemkenhafen. The route then takes you through the interior of the country back to Altenteil.

The north of the island can also be explored from Ahoi Camp. The Grüner Brink nature reserve and its inland lakes are the highlight of the Grüner Brink tour. Here you can take a detour to the beach and watch the ships in the Fehmarnbelt while enjoying a relaxing picnic. Some sections of the route take you past open fields and meadows and through small, idyllic island villages.

Occasionally you may need to take a shortcut through the hinterland. There are plenty of things to see and do around the island and plenty of places to picnic.
